摘要
本文介绍了美国加利福尼亚州0~3岁婴幼儿学习与发展评估工具的制定背景、基本内容,发现其具有针对性、一致性、通用性、灵活性等特点。借鉴美国加利福尼亚州0~3岁婴幼儿学习与发展评估工具的经验,我们应当重视评估工具与婴幼儿发展水平及课程的一致性,构建完整评估体系;贯彻用户友好原则,进行本土化研制;建设学习与发展评估数据库,践行教育问责制度;借鉴新公共管理理念,充分发挥政府管理职能。
This paper introduces the background and basic contents of learning and development assessment instrument withinfant aged 0-3 in California and it has the characteristics of pertinence,consistency,versatility and flexibility.Using Californiaexperience for reference,we should pay attention to the consistency of assessment instrument,infant development level andcurriculum,establishing complete assesment system;follow user-friendly principle and localize assesment instrument;learningand development data bank should be established;governments should function adequately in their management using new ideasof public administration.
