校友对高校专业建设的促进作用研究——以南昌航空大学为例

Alumni’s Promotion to Specialty Construction in Colleges——Taking Nanchang Hangkong University as an Example

随着社会的发展,校友在高等教育内涵建设,特别在专业建设过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。聚焦南昌航空大学校友对专业建设促进作用的研究,分析优秀校友、高校就业、校企合作、校友捐赠等因素对专业学科建设的积极作用,结合实际提炼出培养校友良好母校印象、凝聚专业校友、发挥优秀校友影响力、激励校友捐赠行为、建立专业校友会等现实路径和措施,促进高校专业学科建设和内涵建设。

With the development of society,alumni play an increasingly important role in the construction of higher education,especially in the process of specialty construction.This paper focuses on the research on the promotion of alumni of Nanchang Hangkong university on specialty construction,and analyzes the factors such as excellent alumni,university employment,school enterprise cooperation,and alumni donation,etc.,which have a positive effect on the construction of professional disciplines.Eventually,based on the actual situations,we extract those realistic paths and measures,such as cultivating alumni's good alma mater impression,gathering professional alumni,exerting the influence of outstanding alumni,encouraging alumni donation behavior,and establishing professional alumni associations for promoting the construction of professional disciplines and connotation of colleges.
