在山西省内应用远程急诊程序的可行性

Feasibility of the Remote Emergency Procedure Applied in Shanxi Province

目的了解山西省内远程急诊现状及远程急诊程序在省内应用的可行性。方法采取网上发放调查问卷及随机访问的方式,从各级医院远程医疗基础设备建设、业务开展情况、医师与普通居民在急诊经历中面临的困难、对远程急诊程序的熟悉度与接受度、不同使用人群对远程急诊程序更进一步的建议等方面,对远程急诊程序在山西省内应用的可行性进行调查。结果从对普通居民、三甲医院医师及基层医院医师的调查结果看,绝大部分用户都对远程急诊程序的应用持支持/观望态度;远程急诊程序在方便急诊患者就诊及降低病死率、加强上下级医院及时沟通、降低基层医院误诊率等方面可发挥重要作用。结论虽然还未真正实现远程急诊程序的应用,但通过调查,了解到在山西省内应用远程急诊程序是可行的。

Objective The status of remote emergency in Shanxi province and the feasibility of the remote emergency procedure applied in this province were investigated.Methods The feasibility of the remote emergency procedure applied in Shanxi province was explored by online questionnaire and random visit from the following aspects,i.e.the infrastructure construction and development of telemedicine at all-level hospitals,the difficulties that doctors and residents have faced with in their past emergency experiences,the familiarity and acceptance with the remote emergency procedure,and the proposals from different user groups for improving the remote emergency procedure.Results According to the investigated results of residents and doctors from grade-A tertiary and primary hospitals,most part of the users showed supports or sidelined for applying the remote emergency procedure.The remote emergency procedure would play an important role in facilitating emergency patients to see a doctor,reducing the mortality rate,enforcing the timely communication between the superior and subordinate hospitals,and reducing the rate of misdiagnosis in primary hospitals.Conclusion Although the road of applying the remote emergency procedure truly will be arduous and long,the investigation showed that it was feasible to apply the remote emergency procedure in Shanxi province.
