集束化管理在消毒供应中心手术用软式内镜中的应用效果

The Application Effects of Cluster Management in Soft Endoscopes for Operations in Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨集束化管理在消毒供应中心手术用软式内镜中的应用效果,旨在规范管理流程,提高消毒供应中心的管理质量。方法回顾性分析2020年2月22日至6月20日收集的医院消毒供应中心49件手术用软式内镜(胆道镜、输尿管软镜等)的相关管理资料,消毒供应中心专业工作人员共13名,2020年2月22日至4月21日未实施集束化管理,2020年4月22日至6月20日实施集束化管理,比较集束化管理实施前后手术用软式内镜清洗合格率及临床手术医师对管理工作的满意度。结果集束化管理实施后,手术用软式内镜清洗合格率高于实施前,临床手术医师对管理工作的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化管理应用于消毒供应中心手术用软式内镜的管理中,可提高清洗合格率及临床手术医师对管理工作的满意度。

Objective The application effects of cluster management in soft endoscopes for operations in disinfection supply center was explored,aiming to standardize the management processes and improve the management quality of disinfection supply centers.Methods The relevant management data of 49 soft endoscopes for operations(choledochoscopy,soft ureteroscope,etc.)from February 22 to June 20 in 2020 in the hospital disinfection supply center was collected and retrospectively analyzed.There were 13 professional staffs in the disinfection supply center in total.The cluster management was not implemented from February 22 to April 21 in 2020,while it was implemented from April 22 to June 20 in 2020.The qualified rate of cleaning soft endoscopes for operations and clinical surgeons'satisfaction with management were compared before and after the implementation of cluster management.Results After the implementation of the cluster management,the qualified rate of cleaning soft endoscopes for operations and clinical surgeons'satisfaction with management were both higher than those before the implementation of the cluster management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When the cluster management was applied in the soft endoscopes for operations in the disinfection supply center,both the qualified rate of cleaning and clinical surgeons'satisfaction with management could be improved.
