摘要
目的探讨日龄及性别对行光疗的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿血清总胆红素水平的影响。方法选取2019年1-12月医院新生儿科收治的232例行光疗的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿作为研究对象,比较不同日龄、不同性别患儿光疗前后的血清总胆红素水平变化。结果光疗后,不同日龄、不同性别患儿的血清总胆红素水平均低于光疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同日龄患儿光疗后的血清总胆红素水平降低程度比较,差异有统计学意义(F=3.871,P=0.022),其中日龄5~10 d患儿的血清总胆红素水平降低程度最为显著;不同性别患儿的血清总胆红素水平降低程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论出生5~10 d时,光疗干预可更有效降低新生儿高胆红素血症患儿的血清总胆红素水平,利于疾病好转,而性别差异对光疗效果影响不大。
Objective Effects of days after birth and genders on serum total bilirubin level in newborns with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia received phototherapy were investigated.Methods A total of 232 newborns with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia received phototherapy in the neonatal department of the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The changes of serum total bilirubin levels of newborns with different days after birth and genders before and after phototherapy were compared.Results The levels of serum total bilirubin in newborns with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia of different days after birth and genders after phototherapy were lower than those before phototherapy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);When the decrease degrees of serum total bilirubin of newborns with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia of different days after birth after phototherapy were compared,the difference was statistically significant(F=3.871,P=0.022),in which the decrease degree of the newborns who have born 5~10 days were the most obvious;When the decrease degrees of serum total bilirubin of newborns with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia of different genders were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Intervention of phototherapy at 5~10 days after birth could more effectively reduce the serum total neonatal bilirubin levels of newborns with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,which was helpful to become better,but different genders had little influence on the effects of phototherapy.
