加味小柴胡汤联合穴位贴敷用于女性更年期便秘35例效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application on 35 Cases of Female Climacteric Constipation

目的:探讨加味小柴胡汤联合穴位贴敷应用于女性更年期便秘中的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年2月抚州市中医院收治的女性更年期便秘患者70例,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予加味小柴胡汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者临床效果及治疗前后排便相关指标。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后排便频率、大便性状、排便时间、排便困难程度评分均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味小柴胡汤联合穴位贴敷应用于女性更年期便秘中效果显著,能有效改善患者便秘症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with acupoint application in female climacteric constipation.Methods:70 cases of female climacteric constipation admitted to Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases each.The control group was treated with Jiawei Xiaochaihu decoction,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and defecation related indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of defecation frequency,defecation character,defecation time and defecation difficulty of the two groups were significantly decrease after treatments(P<0.05).The abore index scores of the observation group were sign ificantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Jiawei Xiaochaihu decoction combined with acupoint application in female climacteric constipation has significant effect,can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
