加味葶苈大枣泻肺汤联合抗结核固定剂量复合制剂治疗初治菌阳肺结核40例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Jiawei Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction Combined with Antituberculosis Fixed Dose Compound Preparation in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Newly Diagnosed Bacterial Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨加味葶苈大枣泻肺汤与抗结核固定剂量复合制剂方案联合治疗初治菌阳肺结核临床效果。方法:选择2017年2月至2020年2月期间中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九〇医院收治的肺结核患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用抗结核固定剂量复合制剂方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味葶苈大枣泻肺汤。比较两组治疗6个月后痰菌转阴情况、免疫功能及不良反应。结果:观察组痰菌转阴率为100%高于对照组的82.50%,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞水平均高于对照组,不良反应发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初治菌阳肺结核患者采用加味葶苈大枣泻肺汤与抗结核固定剂量复合制剂方案联合治疗效果显著,利于促进患者痰菌转阴,增强免疫功能,且不良反应较少,临床应用较为安全。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis fixed dose compound preparation in the treatment of primary positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the 990 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from February 2017 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti tuberculosis fixed dose compound preparation,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction on the basis of the control group.Sputum negative,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 6 months of treatment.Results:The sputum negative conversion rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group.The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and NK cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jiawei Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction combined with anti tuberculosis fixed dose compound preparation in the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed bacterial positive pulmonary tuberculosis is significant,which is conducive to promoting sputum negative,enhancing immune function,less adverse reactions,and safe in clinical application.
