灯盏花素滴丸联合阿司匹林肠溶片对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者凝血功能的影响

Effect of Breviscapine Dropping Pills Combined with Aspirin Enteric Coated Tablets on Coagulation Function in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨灯盏花素滴丸联合阿司匹林对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者凝血功能的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年4月鄱阳县人民医院收治的62例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各31例。两组均行常规治疗,基于此,给予对照组阿司匹林,观察组则于对照组基础上联合灯盏花素滴丸进行治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗2周后心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作次数以及凝血指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、血小板计数(PLT)]。结果:治疗后,两组心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作次数均降低,且观察组变化较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PT、APTT水平均上升,FIB、PLT水平均下降,且观察组变化较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏花素滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,可缩短心绞痛持续时间,降低心绞痛发作次数,改善患者凝血功能,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of breviscapine dropping pills combined with aspirin on coagulation function in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:62 patients with unstable angina pectoris who were treated in Poyang County People's Hospital from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided by a random number table method into a control group and an observation group,31 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment.The control group was given aspirin based on this,and the observation group was treated with breviscapine dropping pills on the basis of the control group.Before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,the duration of angina pectoris,the number of angina attacks and the coagulation index[fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),platelet count(PLT)]were compared.Results:After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris,the number of angina attacks in both groups were decreased,and the observation group changed more,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the PT and APTT levels of the two groups were increased,while the FIB and PLT levels were decreased,and the observation group changed more,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breviscapine dropping pills combined with aspirin has a definite curative effect on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can shorten the duration of angina pectoris,reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks,improve the coagulation function of patients,and has high clinical application value.
