摘要
为进一步提高现有超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺的相对分子质量和黏度,研究了一种丙烯酰胺聚合反应的新型引发体系。该引发体系在原普通氧化还原引发体系基础上引入了高效链增长剂和引发催化剂,有效促进氧化还原反应效率,提升反应速率,在低加量下达到高效引发的效果,从而使聚合物分子链韧性得到大幅提升,提高聚合物相对分子质量和黏度。与原引发体系合成的超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺(3000万)相比,黏度提高15%,相对分子质量提高20%。
In order to further improve the molecular weight and viscosity of the existing ultra high molecular weight polyacrylamide, a new initiation system for acrylamide polymerization was studied. Based on the original common redox initiation system, the initiator and catalyst were introduced, which could effectively promote the efficiency of redox reaction, increase the reaction rate and achieve the effect of low addition and high initiation. Compared with the ultra high molecular weight polyacrylamide(30 million) synthesized by the original initiator system, the viscosity was increased by 15% and the molecular weight was increased by 20%.
