摘要
以长庆油田聚表二元驱油水混合液、相近黏度的模拟油水混合液为研究对象,系统分析聚表二元驱油水混合液的黏度特性。研究含水率、温度等因素对油水混合液黏度特性的影响,阐明长庆聚表二元驱油水混合液在测量温度下呈牛顿流体特性的现象,揭示聚合物及表面活性剂质量浓度对二元驱油水混合液黏度特性的影响。结果表明:在相同聚合物质量浓度下,表面活性剂质量浓度的增加能够一定程度地提高油水混合液黏度,但其增幅明显低于聚合物质量浓度提升对油水混合液黏度的影响。基于二元驱油水混合液黏度的预测分析表明,模型三能够较好地预测聚表二元驱油水混合液的黏度特性。
Taking the oil-water mixture of polymer and surfactant binary flooding in Changqing Oilfield and the simulated oil-water mixture with similar viscosity as research object, the viscosity characteristics of oil-water mixture were systematically analyzed. The influence of water content and temperature on viscosity of oil-water mixture was studied, the Newtonian fluid characteristic phenomenon of oil-water mixture of polymer and surfactant binary flooding in Changqing oilfield was expounded.The results indicated that the increase of surfactant concentration improved the viscosity of oil-water mixture to a certain extent;however, the increase of viscosity was obviously lower than the effect of polymer concentration. Based on the prediction and analysis of the viscosity of oil-water mixture in binary flooding, it was shown that model Ⅲ was proper for the viscosity prediction of the oil-water mixture in polymer and surfactant binary flooding.
