摘要
针对当前地表水污染中重金属超标问题以及ICP-OES测量的特点,取某工业园区地下水作为样品,采用微波消解方法对样品进行前期处理,然后再用ICP-OES对地表水中的重金属离子进行测定。结果表明:消解体系采用2 mL HCl+2 mL HNO_(3)+2 mL H_(2)O_(2),并在180℃的温度下消解15 min,得到的回收率最高;同时在最优参数下,得到重金属的加标回收率在83.9%~102.4%之间,并具有较高的精密度和较低检出限。
In view of the problem of excessive heavy metals in surface water pollution and the characteristics of ICP-OES measurement, the groundwater in an industrial park was taken as a sample, it was pretreated by microwave digestion method, and then the heavy metal ions in surface water were determined by ICP-OES. The results showed that the highest recovery was obtained by using 2 mL HCl+2 mL HNO_(3)+2 mL H_(2)O_(2) in the digestion system and digesting at 180 ℃ for 15 min;at the same time, under the optimal parameters, the standard recovery of heavy metals was between 83.9% and 102.4%, indicating higher precision and lower detection limit.
