摘要
目的探讨基于质量监控的管理模式在手术室复用医疗器械清洗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年11月至2019年12月消毒供应中心250008件手术室复用医疗器械、12589件包装器械包的资料为对照组,采用常规管理模式进行管理;选取2020年1月至2020年2月实施质量监控管理的消毒供应中心249570件手术室复用医疗器械、12276件包装器械包的数据资料为观察组,采用基于质量监控的管理模式;观察两组清洗、灭菌及包装情况,医护人员手卫生情况;采用χ^(2)检验比较两组手术室复用医疗器械质量,t检验比较两组医护人员满意度情况。结果观察组清洗器械不合格率、湿包率、手术器械包包装错误率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为50.283、21.554、22.574,P值均<0.05);观察组手卫生合格率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.867,P<0.05);观察组医护人员对消毒供应中心工作质量的满意度评分较对照组显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(t=10.749,P<0.05)。结论在手术室复用医疗器械管理中应用基于质量监控的管理模式,有助于提高清洗质量、手卫生合格率,减少手术器械包包装错误率,从而提高医护人员满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of management mode based on quality monitoring in cleaning reusable medical equipment in the operating room. Methods From November 2019 to December 2019, the data of 250 008 pieces of reusable medical devices in the operating room and the data of 12 589 packaged equipment kits in the operating room of the disinfection supply center were as the control group in a retrospective analysis, and the conventional management model were adopted for management;From January 2020 to February 2020, the data of 249 570 pieces of reusable medical devices and 12 276 pieces of packaged equipment kits in the operating room of the disinfection supply center that implemented quality monitoring management as the observation group, adopting a quality monitoring-based management model;two group cleaning, sterilization and packaging conditions, hand hygiene of medical staff were Observed;χ^(2) test was used to compare the quality of reusable medical equipment in the operating room of the two groups and a t test was used to compare the satisfaction of medical staff between the two groups. Results The unqualified cleaning instruments rate, wet package rate, and the surgical instruments package packaging’s error rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2) =50.283, 21.554, 22.574;P < 0.05). The health qualification rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.867,P < 0.05). The observation group’s medical staff’s satisfaction rating for the work quality in the disinfection and supply center was significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.749, P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying a management model based on quality monitoring in management reused medical devices in the operating rooms can improve cleaning quality, hand hygiene qualification rate, reduce the error rate of surgical device package packaging,and improve medical staff satisfaction.
