摘要 为便于针对性地开展轨道交通车站交通配套设施建设工作,有必要对不断建设完善的轨道交通线网的车站进行分类研究。以南京市轨道交通为例,基于现状车站客流特征数据,考虑客流规模、空间分布及时间形态,采用因子分析法提取非弹性因子、职住不均衡因子、区位因子,基于此进行分类。采用多尺度地理加权回归对各因子进行回归分析,找到其他指标(主要为居住人口、就业岗位及用地)与各因子的联系,可定量呈现规划车站的属性特征并据此进行分类。研究表明,通过以上三因子可对车站进行符合实际的类型划分。这说明客流特征能通过因子分析得到不同维度表征,而通过多尺度地理加权回归可使其定量解释成为可能。 In order to facilitate the effective construction of urban rail station transfer facilities,it is necessary to classify the stations and conduct correspondent research on urban rail transit network which has been continuously constructed and improved.Taking Nanjing rail transit as an example,this paper takes the passenger volume,spatial distribution and time morphological index into consideration on the basis of passengers'flow characteristics in existing rail transit stations.With that,the factor analysis method is used to extract the inelastic factor,employment and residence imbalance factor and location factor that affect the characteristics of passenger flow and classification criteria are determined.The regression analysis of each factor was carried out with multi-scale geographical weighted regression,so as to find the relationship between other indicators(mainly population,jobs and land use).Thus,the research results can quantitatively present the relative relationship of different features among planning stations or be used for classification.The results show that the station can be divided realistically through the above three factors,which indicates that the passenger flow characteristics can be represented in different dimensions through factor analysis.It is possible for quantitative interpretation by the means of multi-scale weighted regression.
