英语世界《文心雕龙》理论范畴“比兴”的译释研究

A Study on the Overseas Translation and Interpretation of the Theoretical Category Bi Xing in Wenxin Diaolong

本文从跨学科的研究角度探究《文心雕龙·比兴》篇名及理论范畴“比兴”定义之英译所引发文字层面的学术思考,并分别从比兴的语义结构、语义性质及语义内涵三个层面,参酌刘勰“比兴观”的本义,对比兴言述场域中的翻译及阐释进行观照,解蔽其中的误读与局限、合理与创见,以拓展中国传统“比兴”说的理论阐述空间。

This paper,taking the method of interdisciplinary study,looks at the academic thinking at the literal level caused by the English translations of the theoretical category bi xing from Wenxin Diaolong.It explores the translation and interpretation of bi xing in the overseas narrative field from its semantic structure,semantic nature and semantic connotation respectively,with reference to its original meaning according to Liu Xie.Furthermore,this study identifies the misreadings and limitations,rationalities and creativities,and expands the space of the traditional Chinese theory of bi xing.
