尿潴留作为卒中后较为常见并发症之一,是脑卒中(尤其是急性期)泌尿功能障碍的主要临床表现。研究从"通督调神"角度出发,阐述督脉、"神"的内涵,及其与卒中后尿潴留的关系,同时,从现代医学的角度阐释"督损致闭"与情志对卒中后尿潴留的影响。该研究通过分析基于"通督调神"理论针刺治疗卒中后尿潴留的辨证、选穴、治疗频次及次数、疗效与安全性等方面,结合在临床中治疗的典型案例,探析从"通督调神"针刺论治卒中后尿潴留的临床价值,以期为脑卒中后尿潴留的针刺治疗提供一种新的思路。

Urinary retention,as one of the more common complications after stroke,is the main clinical manifestation of urinary dysfunction in stroke (especially in the acute phase).The research starts from the perspective of "Tong Du Tiao Shen",expounds the connotation of the governor channel and "shen" and their relationship with urinary retention after stroke.At the same time,from the perspective of modern medicine,it explains the influence of "supervising injury-induced closure" and emotion on urinary retention after stroke.The study analyzed the syndrome differentiation,point selection,treatment frequency and frequency,efficacy and safety of acupuncture based on the theory of "Tong Du Tiao Shen" in the treatment of post-stroke urinary retention,combined with typical clinical treatment cases,and explored The clinical value of acupuncture on the treatment of post-stroke urinary retention with "Superior Regulating God" is expected to provide a new idea for the acupuncture treatment of post-stroke urinary retention.
