枳实薤白桂枝汤加减辅助治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效及血管内皮功能的影响

Modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction as Adjuvant Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris and the Effect of Vascular Endothelial Function

目的:探讨枳实薤白桂枝汤加减辅助治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效及对患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取120例稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序编号后,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组参照指南采取西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用枳实薤白桂枝汤加减治疗,疗程为3个月。比较两组心电图疗效、内皮功能指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]及炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)]。结果:观察组心电图疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后ET-1水平明显低于对照组,NO水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对稳定型心绞痛患者采用枳实薤白桂枝汤加减辅助治疗,心电图疗效良好,对改善血管内皮功能指标和炎症因子水平具有显著效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris and its effect on the vascular endothelial function.Methods:120 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected as the research objects.After being numbered according to the order of admission,they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 60 cases each according to a random number table.The control group took conventional Western medicine treatment according to the guidelines,and the observation group was treated with Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months.The efficacy of ECG,endothelial function indexes[endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]and inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)].Results:The total effective rate of ECG curative effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ET-1 level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the NO level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant treatment with Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction for patients with stable angina has good electrocardiogram curative effect and has a significant effect on improving vascular endothelial function indexes and inflammatory factor levels.
