基于“清”“消”“补”探析骨痨汤治疗骨结核的组方特点 被引量:2

摘要 目的:该院使用骨痨汤作医治骨结核多年,临床观察证明治疗骨结核有效,故探析骨痨汤的组方特点,以更明确地为骨痨汤的临床运用奠定理论基础。方法:在中医理论的指导下,根据君臣佐使的组方原则对方中10味药物药性、功效进行分析。结果:骨痨汤组方合理,选药精确,融合了中医"清""消""补"三法,突出了清热解毒、活血化瘀的功效,益气抗痨贯彻始终。结论:骨痨汤体现了治本为主、标本兼治的中医治疗原则,效果显著,值得临床的进一步推广应用。 Objective:The hospital has used Gulao decoction for the treatment of bone tuberculosis for many years.Clinical observations have proved that it is effective in treating bone tuberculosis.Therefore,the characteristics of the composition of Gulao decoction have been explored to lay the theoretical foundation for the clinical application of Gulao decoction more clearly.Methods:Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,analyze the properties and efficacy of the 10 medicines in the other party according to the prescription principles of the monarch and the minister.Results:The Gulao decoction has reasonable prescriptions and precise selection of medicines.It combines the three methods of "clearing","eliminating" and "replenishing" in traditional Chinese medicine,highlighting the effects of clearing away heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and has been implemented throughout.Conclusion:Gulao decoction embodies the principle of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of treating the root cause and treating both the root cause and the root cause.The effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of further clinical application.
