君子扶正汤在直肠癌围手术期的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Junzi Fuzheng Decoction in Perioperative Period of Rectal Cancer

目的:将君子扶正汤用于直肠癌围手术期中,对其应用价值进行研究。方法:从2019年5月~12月抽取60例直肠癌患者,随机分为观察组及对照组各30例,对照组行经肛门局部切除术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合君子扶正汤治疗,对两组治疗结果进行分析。结果:2组治疗前血清CEA、CA724水平差异不显著(P>0.05),观察组治疗后CEA、CA724水平与对照组相比,相对更低(P<0.05);2组治疗前括CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)各指标差异不明显(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:君子扶正汤用于直肠癌围手术期中应用价值较高,可降低血清CEA、CA724水平,促进机体免疫功能尽快恢复,值得应用。

Objective:To apply Junzi Fuzheng decoction in the perioperative period of rectal cancer,and to study its application value.Methods:From May to December 2019,60 patients with rectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with transanal local resection,and the observation group was treated with Junzi Fuzheng decoction on the basis of the control group.To analyze the treatment results of the two groups.Results:The serum levels of CEA and CA724 before treatment in the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA and CA724 in the observation group were relatively lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the two groups included CD3^(+) and CA724 before treatment.The indicators of CD4^(+) and CD8^(+) were not significantly different (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of the above indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Junzi Fuzheng Decoction has high application value in the perioperative period of rectal cancer.It can reduce the serum CEA and CA724 levels and promote the recovery of the body’s immune function as soon as possible.It is worthy of application.
