中医调节浆细胞性乳腺炎患者机体免疫研究进展

经大量的国内外研究证实,浆细胞性乳腺炎是一种免疫相关性疾病,研究中发现浆细胞性乳腺炎更倾向于一种细胞免疫性疾病。现代医学采用的治疗手段无论是外科手术还是口服激素、抗菌类药物,只能在一定程度上延缓疾病进程,不能达到彻底根治的目的,同时手术造成的身体创伤及激素药物带来的副作用,反而有可能会加重病人痛苦。因此,越来越多的目光集中到中医治疗上,希望从延续千年的古老医学中得到答案,为患者带来曙光。中医治疗的特色在于内外治相结合,未成脓时,中药内服促肿块消散,外治以消肿止痛;脓成时,内服以助邪有出路,托毒外出,外治以提脓祛腐生肌。随着中医治疗的疗效不断地得到肯定,我们也在思考其对自身免疫的影响及作用机制,但目前对此未有系统性总结报道,本文将对中医调节浆细胞乳腺炎患者机体免疫研究进展进行综述。
