中医药非手术方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究进展

Research Progress of Non-operative Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

腰间盘突出症是骨科的常见病,随着人们的生活方式改变和人口的老龄化,该病发病率逐年上升。中医药在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗上方法众多,也具有较好的临床效果,且作用效果持久,有一定的临床价值。本文主要对当下中医非手术方法治疗腰间盘突出症的方法,进行梳理分析整合综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。

Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease in orthopedics.With the change of people’s lifestyle and the aging of the population,the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine has many methods for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and it also has good clinical effects,and the effect is long-lasting,which has certain clinical value.This article focuses on the current non-surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation in traditional Chinese medicine,combing,analyzing,and integrating,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
