社会主义核心价值观具有思想性、系统性、价值引领性。当前,互联网媒体迅速发展,为社会主义核心价值观的宣传教育提供了多样化的形式。短视频以短、平、快的特点吸引着大众,成为传播社会主义核心价值观的新平台和新路径。当前,短视频存在泛娱乐化、碎片化、功利化等现象和问题,不利于社会主义核心价值观的传播。对此,我们应坚持“有意思”与“有意义”相统一、继承与创新相统一、多元性与一元性相统一的原则,在利用短视频传播社会主义核心价值观方面走出困境、实现超越,充分发挥短视频的作用,提高社会主义核心价值观宣传教育的实效性。

The core values of socialism are ideological,systematic and value-leading.At present,the rapid development of Internet media has provided diversified forms for the publicity and education of core socialist values.Short videos attract the public with their short,flat,and fast characteristics,and become a new platform and new way to spread the core values of socialism.At present,short videos have such phenomena and problems as pan-entertainment,fragmentation,and utilitarianism,which are not conducive to the spread of core socialist values.In this regard,we should adhere to the principles of the unity of"interesting"and"meaningful",the unity of inheritance and innovation,and the unity of diversification and unity,and get out of the predicament,achieve transcendence,and give full play to the use of short videos to spread core socialist values.The role of short videos improves the effectiveness of publicity and education of core socialist values.
