基于光学仿真Tracepro软件对多面微结构导光板光学性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 导光板是液晶显示器重要的组成元件之一,光线从侧面耦合进入导光板时,导光板表面的微结构会改变光线的传播路径,使其从导光板出光面(正面)均匀出光,因此导光板表面的微结构是实现均匀出光的关键。基于光学仿真Tracepro软件进行导光板表面的微结构的设计,在保证出光效率的基础上,使导光板的照度均匀度由54.3%提高至80.8%;并且在照度均匀度为80%左右的基础上,在出光面添加微结构,使得出光效率提高至60%。最后采用底面网点微结构远光源处密度大于近光源处密度的排列方式,使得导光板的照度均匀度得到明显提升,最大达到90.2%。 Liquid crystal displays are widely used in everyday life.When light is coupled into the light guide plate from the side,the microstructure on the surface of the light guide plate will change the propagation path of the light so that it emits light uniformly from the light emitting(front)surface of the light guide plate.Therefore,the design of the microstructure of the surface of the light guide plate is the key to achieving a uniform light output from the light guide plate.Based on the Tracepro optical simulation software,an optimized microstructure of the surface of the light guide plate has been designed.In order to ensure the maximum utilization of light energy,the light guide uniformity of the light guide plate was increased from 54.3%to 80.8%.For an illuminance uniformity of about 80%,after adding microstructure on the light-emitting surface,the light output efficiency was increased to 60%.Finally,an arrangement of the bottom surface dot microstructure in which the density at the far light source is greater than the density at the near light source was adopted,after which the illumination uniformity of the light guide plate was significantly improved to 90.2%.
