从风论治咳嗽变异性哮喘的研究进展

The research progress of treating cough variant asthma from the perspective of wind

咳嗽变异性哮喘(Cough Variant Asthma,CVA)是一种特殊类型的哮喘,常常由于接触到刺激性气体、冷空气或者变应原时诱发。众多中医医家根据此病的发生与演变的过程将其归属于"风咳"范畴,并从CVA的病因病机、发病季节、症候特点、兼夹症表现及临床疗效等角度提出了从风论治CVA的辨证思路,在临床中取得了显著的疗效。本文就部分医家从风论治CVA的病因病机、辨证论治及作用机理进行了综述。

Cough Variant Asthma(Cough Variant Asthma,CVA),is a special type of asthma.Patients often inhale irritating gases,encounter cold air,and are exposed to allergens.Many physicians classified it into the category of"wind cough",and from the etiology and pathogenesis of CVA,the season of onset,the characteristics of symptoms,the manifestations of concurrent symptoms and clinical efficacy,the dialectical thinking of treating CVA based on wind theory is put forward,which has achieved remarkable clinical effect.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and mechanism of CVA treated by different doctors were reviewed.
