垂直升降电梯的新型机械防坠落机构方案

Scheme of New Mechanical Anti Falling Mechanism for Vertical Elevator

针对安全隐患,设计了一套新型机械防坠落机构,增加电梯的安全系数,是电梯的冗余保护,对原电梯机构及安全保护装置不做改变。此机械防坠机构主要由防坠卡扣和防坠轴组成,两个零件的安装在不同位置,阐述两种方案。

In view of the potential safety hazard,this paper designs a new mechanical anti falling mechanism,which increases the safety factor of the elevator,is the redundant protection of the elevator,and does not change the original elevator mechanism and safety protection device.This mechanical anti falling mechanism is mainly composed of anti falling buckle and anti falling shaft.The two parts are installed in different positions,and two schemes are described.
