摘要
阐述锅炉检修过程中检查发现屏式过热器管道开裂。为找出开裂原因,采用宏观形貌分析、力学性能分析、金相检测、断口微观去形貌分析及能谱分析等技术,对开裂管段进行了试验和分析。
The paper describes the cracking of platen superheater pipe found during boiler maintenance.In order to find out the cause of cracking,the macro morphology analysis,mechanical property analysis,metallographic examination,micro morphology analysis and energy spectrum analysis were used to test and analyze the cracked pipe section.
