摘要
阐述中国特色高水平高职院校教师能力的建设,通过实践,提出探索和优化调整的建议和措施,从而全方位、多角度提升中国特色高水平高职院校教师建设的整体成效。
This paper expounds the construction of teachers’ ability in high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics,and puts forward suggestions and measures for exploration and optimization adjustment through practice,so as to improve the overall effect of teachers’ construction in high-level higher vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics from an all-round and multi angle.
