This paper describes the maintenance process and cause analysis of the leakage of No.3 high-pressure heater in 660 MW ultra supercritical unit of a power plant, including the temperature difference between water side and gas side, and the thermal impact of rapid load change on the highpressure heater, and puts forward some countermeasures.
