基于全国社会保障卡已累计发行超过14亿张,从1999年发行第一代社会保障卡到2011年发行了加载金融功能的第二代社会保障卡,再到如今2021年全面推行第三代社会保障卡,阐述第三代社会保障卡的技术特点、安全机制。

Based on the fact that more than 1.4 billion social security cards have been issued nationwide, from the first generation of social security cards issued in 1999 to the second generation of social security cards loaded with financial functions issued in 2011, and then to the full implementation of the third generation of social security cards in 2021, this paper expounds the technical characteristics and security mechanism of the third generation of social security cards.
