观察老年2型糖尿病患者中血骨钙素水平与糖代谢的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者中血骨钙素(OC)水平与糖代谢的关系。方法选取50例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,另选取50例同期非糖尿病者为对照组。所有研究研究对象自前1 d夜间开始禁食10 h后,于次日清晨采集空腹静脉血,测量OC、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。比较两组相关指标水平,包括FBG、HbA1c、FINS、OC、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-IS),骨质疏松及骨折发生情况。结果观察组FBG(10.57±2.89)mmol/L、FINS(11.03±6.67)μU/ml、HbA1c(8.29±1.76)%、HOMA-IR(5.18±1.86)水平均高于对照组的(6.12±1.69)mmol/L、(6.97±2.63)μU/ml、(5.81±1.14)%、(1.90±0.89),OC(14.07±3.10)ng/ml和HOMA-IS(31.20±11.16)水平均低于对照组的(20.65±4.21)ng/ml、(53.21±20.32),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨质疏松及骨折发生率分别为54.0%、16.0%,均高于对照组的30.0%、4.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者的OC代谢与患者血糖浓度、胰岛素抵抗(IR)和胰岛β细胞功能关系密切。
