摘要
目的制备BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)基陶瓷。方法采用溶胶-凝胶法制备BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)基陶瓷。利用XRD,TEM和SEM等表征分析了样品的物相及微观形貌,并研究了BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)基陶瓷在不同烧结温度下的介电性能。结果BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)基陶瓷的最佳烧结温度为1280℃,此时陶瓷的致密性较好,结晶度高且晶界明显,测试温度在20℃附近且频率为1 kHz时介电常数达到最大为22100,介电损耗较小约为0.0058。结论不同烧结温度下的BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)基陶瓷样品均为单一的四方相钙钛矿结构,样品的平均粒径和最大介电常数随着烧结温度的逐渐升高而呈现出增大的趋势。
Purposes—To prepare BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)-based ceramics.Methods—BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)-based ceramics were prepared with sol-gel method.The phase and microstructure of the samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and SEM,and the dielectric properties of BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)-based ceramics at different sintering temperatures were studied as well.Result—The ceramics have good densification,high crystallinity and obvious grain boundary at 1280℃of the best sintering temperature of BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)-based ceramics.The dielectric constant reaches 22100 and the minimum dielectric loss is about 0.0058 when the test temperature is near 20℃and the frequency is 1 kHz.Conclusion—The samples of BaZr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9)O_(3)-based ceramics at different sintering temperatures are all single tetragonal perovskite structure,and the average particle size and the maximum dielectric constant of the samples increase with the gradual increase of sintering temperature.
