能源经济效率、能源消费结构与区域经济增长——基于珠三角地区空间面板数据的实证研究

Energy Economic Efficiency,Energy Consumption Structure and Regional Economic Growth——An Empirical Research of Spatial Panel Data in the Pearl River Delta

通过构建用于研究能源经济效率影响因素及其空间、时间双重变化规律的理论分析框架,发现:能源经济效率具有显著的空间溢出效应,经济增长、产业结构、能源消费结构、固定资产投资等要素不仅显著影响本地区能源经济效率,还通过空间溢出效应影响周边地区的能源经济效率;能源经济效率与经济增长之间呈现出倒U形曲线关系。跨过拐点之后,单位经济量所消耗的能源量开始减少;政策调控、人均固定资产投资对能源经济效率有显著的正向作用;相对于煤炭消费而言,电力消费对能源经济效率的正向作用更加显著。

This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework to study the influencing factors of energy economic efficiency and its spatial and temporal dual change laws. It is found that energy economic efficiency has significant spatial spillover effect. Economic growth, industrial structure, energy consumption structure, fixed asset investment and other factors not only significantly affect the energy economic efficiency of the region, but also exert influence on, through spatial spillover effect, the energy economic efficiency of the surrounding areas. The relationship between energy economic efficiency and economic growth presents an inverted U-shaped curve. After crossing the inflection point, the energy consumption per unit economic volume starts to decrease, policy control and per capita fixed asset investment have a significant positive effect on energy economic efficiency. Compared with coal consumption, the power consumption has a more significant positive effect on energy economic efficiency. Finally, it provides some policy suggestions for improving energy economic efficiency and optimizing energy consumption structure.
