摘要
文章通过对化工厂实习地培训期间人员管理存在的问题进行剖析,在此基础上制定出一套具有一定适用性的人员管理措施和对策,结果证明,通过该方法保证了化工厂实习地培训的正常进行,并取得使新入职人员快速熟练掌握一定的专业技术知识和提高操作技能水平的效果。
Through the analysis and summary of the problems in the personnel management of the chemical plant internship,a set of adaptive personnel management measures and countermeasures were developed on this basis.The results prove that the method ensures the normal training of the chemical plant internship.The development of the new staff,and achieved the achievement of new recruits quickly mastering certain professional technical knowledge and improving the level of operational skills.
