Adhering to the leadership of the party and firmly grasping the ideological and public opinion position in the grass-roots work are the basis and premise of realizing efficient,stable and sustainable development.This paper first analyzes the meaning of socialist ideology,briefly analyzes the importance of grasping the position of public opinion,and then studies how to carry out ideological and public opinion guidance work at the grass-roots level.We must constantly improve the ideological propaganda and education system,constantly strengthen the quality construction of ideological and political workers,provide ideological and political guidance,and strive to innovate the work form to strengthen the public opinion control of key nodes.
