基于供应链模式的石油企业物资供应管理策略

Material Supply Management Strategy of Petroleum Enterprises based on Supply Chain Model

石油钻探企业发展的主要问题集中在石油勘探过程中以及物资供应管理方面,即在石油钻探以及物资供应中的成本投入较大,很可能造成企业资金链断裂的问题。资金问题也是制约企业生存和发展的关键性问题。因此,要想促进石油钻探企业的良性发展,则应加强对物资供应管理工作的重视,采取有效管理手段达成成本控制的目标,并且保障物资及时有效供应。供应链模式属于企业物资管理工作中的常见管理模式,在各个行业及领域中均发挥了较好的管理作用。文章基于供应链模式下的物资供应管理策略展开研究,以期能够增强石油钻探企业的物资管理水平。

The main problems in the development of oil drilling enterprises are concentrated in the process of oil exploration and material supply management,that is,the cost of oil drilling and material supply is large,which is likely to cause the problem of enterprise capital chain fracture.The capital problem is also the key problem that restricts the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,in order to promote the benign development of oil drilling enterprises,we should strengthen the importance of material supply management,take effective management means to achieve the goal of cost control,and ensure the timely and effective supply of materials.Supply chain mode is a common management mode in enterprise material management,which plays a better role in various industries and fields.Therefore,this paper based on the supply chain model of material supply management strategy research,in order to enhance the oil drilling enterprises material management level.
