摘要
某制药企业生产过程中,部分产品的生产以丙酮作溶剂,工艺尾气中含大量丙酮,汇入尾气总管后进入光电催化氧化系统处理,造成大量丙酮浪费。采用膜分离方法回收尾气中的丙酮,很大程度上降低了尾气中的TVOC含量,提高了光电催化氧化系统的处理效果,回收的丙酮可作为溶剂继续回用,回收量可观。
In the production process of a pharmaceutical enterprise,some products are produced with acetone as the solvent,and the process exhaust gas contains a large amount of acetone,which is collected into the exhaust pipe and then processed by photoelectric catalytic oxidation system,resulting in a large amount of acetone waste.The membrane separation method is used to recover acetone from exhaust gas,which greatly reduces the content of TVOC in exhaust gas and improves the treatment effect of photoelectric catalytic oxidation system.The recovered acetone can be used as solvent again,and the amount of recovery is considerable.
