摘要 由于干熄焦系统中循环气体水分、含氧量、预存段压力控制等工艺因素的影响,一些焦化企业的干熄焦系统较为普遍地存在着烧损率偏高的问题,导致焦炭灰分增加,质量和产量下降。以焦化厂干熄焦系统为例,有些干熄焦实际的焦炭烧损率在0.95%左右,要高于烧损率设计值(0.9%),因焦炭烧损而带来的成本消耗也占到了0.95%,140 t/h的干熄焦装置的焦炭消耗量达到了13 t/h。这对于企业来说无疑是巨大的能源浪费与成本增加,因此降低干熄焦烧损率已成为焦化企业技术攻关的重点方向。 Due to the influence of process factors such as moisture content,oxygen content,pre-storage section pressure control of circulating gas in cdq system,some coke dry quenching systems in coking enterprises generally have the problem of high burning loss rate,which leads to the increase of coke ash and the decrease of coke quality and output.As an example,the actual coke burning loss rate of some CDQ systems is about 0.95%,which is higher than the designed value(0.9%),and the cost consumption caused by coke burning loss is also 0.95%,the coke consumption of 140 t/h CDQ unit reached 13 t/h.This is a huge waste of energy for enterprises and,so reducing the rate of coke dry quenching coke loss has become the focus of the technical research direction.
