摘要
以可靠性为中心的维修(reliability centered maintenance,RCM)作为设备完整性管理的重要部分,是保障LNG接收站安全可靠运行的有效措施之一。RCM技术将FMEA和风险矩阵相结合,确定设备故障模式风险等级,应用逻辑判断图来制定设备检维修策略,解决传统维修管理中常见的“过剩维修”“维修不足”等问题,文章介绍了LNG接收站实施RCM分析的过程。
Reliability centered maintenance,which is an important part of equipment integrity management,ensures the safe and reliable operation of LNG terminal.RCM technology combines FMEA and risk matrix to determine the risk level of equipment failure mode,and applies logic judgment diagram to determine equipment maintenance decision,so as to solve the problems of“excess maintenance”and“insufficient maintenance”existing in the traditional maintenance management.This paper introduces the process of RCM analysis in LNG terminal.
