摘要 白钨矿和黑钨矿的分离测定方法很多,但简单实用的方法较少。本章主要探讨了盐酸-柠檬酸作为选择性溶剂对白钨矿和黑钨矿分离的影响。选取碳酸铵-氨水溶液去除样品中的钨华,再用盐酸-柠檬酸溶液来提取白钨矿。同时通过优化钨华的提取效率、盐酸浓度、提取时间得到了最优条件:盐酸浓度为4%,浸取时间为1 h,并对实际样品进行测定。样品加标回收率为98.6%~102%,说明此方法可靠。该方法可用于钨矿石中白钨矿和黑钨矿的分离和测定。 There are many methods for the separation and determination of scheelite and wolframite.But there are fewer simple and practical methods.This article mainly discusses the effect of hydrochloric acid-citric acid as a selective solvent on the separation of scheelite and wolframite.The ammonium carbonate-ammonia solution was selected to remove the tungsten bloom in the sample,and then the hydrochloric acid-citric acid solution was used to extract the scheelite.At the same time,the optimal conditions were obtained by optimizing the extraction efficiency,hydrochloric acid concentration,and extraction time of tungsten bloom:the hydrochloric acid concentration was 4%,and the extraction time was 1 hour.And measure the actual sample.The sample recovery rate was 98.6%~102%,indicating that this method is reliable.This method can be used for the separation and determination of scheelite and wolframite in tungsten ore.
