适用于海上A油田聚合物驱复合解堵剂的研究

摘要 渤海油田A区块聚合物驱受效井堵塞物成分主要为聚合物、重质原油和无机垢等,堵塞物对油井产能释放造成较大影响。针对这一情况,从解聚性能、腐蚀性能、溶垢性能、溶蜡溶沥青性能等方面开展了解堵剂的研制和性能评价,确定了配方为6%解聚剂PA-PB+1%缓蚀剂PA-CI+5%有机解堵剂PA-OS+20%螯合解堵剂PA-NC的复合解堵剂。同时进行了复合解堵剂现场应用效果评价,试验结果表明加复合解堵剂6%PA-PB+1%PA-CI+5%PA-OS+20%PA-NC 60 m^(3),关井反应24 h后启泵生产,产油由2.86 m^(3)/d上升至10.53 m^(3)/d,流压由1.92 MPa上升至3.78 MPa,解堵效果明显。 The blockages of polymer flooding effected wells in block A of Bohai oilfield are mainly polymers,heavy crude oil and inorganic fouling.The blockages have a greater impact on the release of oil well productivity.In response to this situation,the development and performance evaluation of plugging agents were carried out from the aspects of depolymerization performance,corrosion performance,scale dissolving performance,wax dissolving asphalt performance,etc.,and the formula was determined as 6%depolymerization agent PA-PB+1%retarder corrosion agent PA-CI+5%organic plugging remover PA-OS+20%chelating plugging remover PA-NC is a composite plugging remover.At the same time,the field application effect of the composite plug-removing agent was evaluated.The test results showed that the composite plug-removing agent 6%PA-PB+1%PA-CI+5%PA-OS+20%PA-NC 60 m^(3) was added after the shut-in reaction for 24 hours.When the pump is started,the oil production rises from 2.86 m^(3)/d to 10.53 m^(3)/d,and the flow pressure rises from 1.92 MPa to 3.78 MPa.The plugging removal effect is obvious.
