Application of HAZOP in Design Stage of HYCO Unit

HYCO装置是生产可燃气体的工艺装置,其产品也属于危险化学品的一类。危险化学品建设项目属于国家确定的九大高危险行业之一,国家对其项目审批程序、管理措施及安全评价等作出了相应的法规规范要求。在实际建设过程中,如何科学全面地做好HYCO工艺装置的安全审计是很重要的一环。文章通过介绍在项目建设初期,为保证装置的本质性安全,对HYCO工艺装置的HAZOP分析审计进行介绍及讨论。

The construction project of hazardous chemicals is one of the nine high-risk industries determined by the state.The state has made corresponding regulatory requirements for the approval procedures,management measures and safety evaluation of the project.The industrial gas field is also a kind of dangerous chemicals,and the HYCO process unit is a relatively dangerous combustible gas in the industrial gas.In the actual construction process,how to scientifically and comprehensively do a good job in the safety audit of the HYCO process unit is a very important part.This paper introduces and discusses the HAZOP analysis audit of HYCO process unit in order to ensure the intrinsic safety of the unit at the initial stage of project construction.
