针对8.5"井眼取大直径岩心的需求情况,设计出可以取直径120 mm岩心的可内调节取心工具。该工具主要包括安全调节总成、旋转总成和取心总成。常规取心工具在下井前一般需要调节岩心爪座底面与钻头内台肩的纵向间隙,传统的常规取心工具一般需要卸掉旋转总成,调节过程比较烦琐,而本工具不需拆卸外筒和旋转总成,通过配套调节工具直接可以调节纵向间隙,调节过程简单方便,省时省力,可以广泛应用在常规取心作业过程中,具有显著的便捷性和优越性。

According to the requirement of taking large diameter core in 8.5"wellhole,an internally adjustable coring tool which can take cores with a diameter of 120 mm is designed.The tool mainly includes safety adjustment assembly,rotary assembly and coring assembly.Conventional coring tools usually need to adjust the longitudinal clearance between the bottom surface of the core claw and the shoulder of the drill bit before going down,traditional conventional coring tools generally need to remove the rotating assembly,and the adjustment process is complicated.The tool does not need to remove the outer cylinder and the rotary assembly,and can adjust the longitudinal clearance directly through the matching adjustment tool.The adjustment process is simple and convenient,saves time and labor,and can be widely used in the conventional coring process,which has the remarkable convenience and the superiority.
