摘要
射孔的作用是穿透套管和水泥环,建立油气生产流通通道,合理的射孔参数设计是解除污染、释放产能的关键所在。然而,随着渤海油田开发逐步迈向中深层,结合现场实弹射孔打靶试验,越来越多的实例表明:地面水泥靶参数和井下实际穿深和孔径存在较大偏差,现有方法已不能满足深部储层射孔参数优化校正需求;孔道堵塞、压实远比想象严重;射孔后套管的破损严重等。立足于上述难题和实弹打靶新认识,基于参数优化校正新方法、射孔套管剩余强度计算方法的研究,形成一套精细化射孔优化设计分析方法,有效解决了深部储层射孔参数优化校正难题,打造个性化、差异化射孔方法,有助于加强射孔井产能建设。应用分析表明,该方法对细化和优化射孔参数及方案,提高套管射孔井产能具有重要意义。
The function of perforation is to penetrate the casing,establish oil and gas circulation channel between the wellbore and reservoir,and the key to remove pollution and release production capacity when designing reasonable perforation parameters.However,with the development of Bohai oilfield gradually moving towards the middle deep layer,more and more examples show that there is a large deviation between the surface cement target parameters and the actual penetration depth and hole diameter,and the existing methods can no longer meet the requirements of optimization and correction of perforation parameters in deep reservoirs;the blockage and compaction of holes are far more serious than expected;the casing damage after perforation is serious.Based on the above problems and the new understanding of live shot,based on the new method of parameter optimization correction and the calculation method of perforation casing residual strength,a set of refined perforation optimization design analysis method is formed,which effectively solves the problem of perforation parameter optimization and correction in deep reservoir,and creates personalized and differentiated perforation method,which is helpful to strengthen the productivity construction of perforated wells.Application analysis shows that this method is of great significance to refine and optimize the perforation parameters and schemes,promote the technical progress of perforation optimization analysis,and strengthen the productivity construction of cased wells.
