摘要 油砂井储层段管柱经常由于冷热交替作用产生严重损坏导致需要修井作业,如何优化储层段管柱设计和降低作业成本一直是油砂井的作业难题。为此,文章对加拿大油砂SAGD井储层段管柱损坏问题进行了针对性研究,开展了室内模拟试验以确定管柱应变最大的位置,提出了基于应变的油砂SAGD井储层段管柱设计优化方法,并将管柱设计优化方法成功应用至实例井的管柱设计,显著降低了油砂SAGD井储层段管柱损坏机率和作业风险,为油砂井管柱设计提供了新思路,延长了管柱的使用寿命,具有良好的推广应用价值。 Oil sand wells often need workover operations due to the severe string damage caused by alternating hot and cold.How to optimize the design of reservoir string and reduce operation cost has always been a difficult problem in oil sand wells.For this reason,this paper studies the problem of reservoir string damage in Canadian oil sand wells,conducts laboratory simulation tests to determine the location of maximum strain,and proposes a strain-based optimization method for reservoir string design in oil sand SAGD wells.The design optimization method has been successfully applied to the field,significantly reduces the probability of string damage and operational risk in the reservoir section of oil sand SAGD wells,and provides new ideas for oil sands well string design,extends the life of string,and has good application value.
