摘要
套管外补贴工艺从井内原套管柱外部进行回接和密封,不损失原套管串的内径,对后续作业不造成影响;同时不同尺寸和压力等级的补贴器,可以满足不同井身结构、不同钻井平台的需要。文章通过对套管外补贴工艺与特点的介绍及对套管外补贴工艺实施步骤的阐述,提供了今后类似套管复杂情况处理的借鉴和参考。通过对某井应用实例的介绍,表明了套管外补贴工艺能够有效解决井口故障等问题。
The casing patchtechnology is connected and sealed from the outside of the original casing string in the well,so that the inner diameter of the original casing string is not damaged and the subsequent operation is not affected.Different size and pressure rating of the casing patch can meet the needs of different well bore configuration and different drilling platform.This paper introduces the technology and characteristics of casing patch and describes the implementation steps of casing patch,and provides references for dealing with similar casing complications in the future.Through the introduction of a well application example,it is shown that the casing patch technology can effectively solve the wellhead fault and other problems.
