聚丙烯是一种重要的合成树脂,在国民经济中的多种领域中发挥着十分重要的作用。在聚丙烯生产过程中,采用Unipol工艺技术会出现灰分影响拉丝、拉膜等后续工艺环节加工质量的问题。因此对Unipol工艺聚丙烯灰分进行分析研究十分必要。文章就这一论题进行了探讨,概述了Unipol工艺中聚丙烯灰分的产生来源,然后分析了灰分的存在给后续加工环节造成的影响,提出了聚丙烯灰分控制的建议和策略,旨在提高Unipol工艺生产水平,保证聚丙烯产品的质量。

Polypropylene is an important synthetic resin,in a variety of fields in the national economy plays a very important role.The use of Unipol technology may affect the processing quality of subsequent processes such as wire drawing and film drawing.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the polypropylene ash in Unipol process.This paper discusses this issue,summarizes the sources of polypropylene ash in Unipol process,and then analyzes the influence of ash on subsequent processing processes.Suggestions and strategies for controlling polypropylene ash are put forward in order to improve the production level of Unipol process and ensure the quality of polypropylene products.
