小型撬装式液化天然气工艺在页岩气井口气回收的应用

Application of Small Skid Mounted LNG Technology in Gas Recovery of Shale Gas Wells

小型撬装式液化天然气(LNG)装置主要应用于天然气边远井、页岩气勘探井以及煤层气开发项目中,具有高度集成化、自动化、安装简单、拆装及运输方便等诸多优势。文章对撬装式LNG装置工艺技术进行比较,分析工艺技术优缺点。并根据川南地区某处页岩气探井开发生产情况,选用了一种6万m^(3)/d撬装式LNG装置技术方案和工艺流程,取得较好的应用效果。

Small skid mounted LNG equipment is mainly used in the remote wells of natural gas,shale gas exploration wells and CBM development projects,and has many advantages such as high integration,automation,simple installation,easy disassembly and transportation.This paper compares the technology of skid mounted LNG plant and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the technology.According to the development and production of shale gas exploration well in southern Sichuan,a 60000 m^(3)/d skid mounted LNG plant technical scheme and process flow are selected,and the application effect is good.
