海上气田应对台风的三防四保法则

Rules for Offshore Gas Field against Typhoon:Three Preventions and Four Guarantees

莺琼盆地位于海南岛以西,区内建成多个海上气田,是海南自由贸易港的重要能源供应基地,该海域夏季台风频发,海上气田每年会受到数个台风侵袭,为了保证台风期间人员撤离后能持续正常供气,台风来临前气田需要做大量准备工作应对台风挑战。文章根据区内多个气田应对台风具体实践经验,总结提出了应对台风的三防四保法则,是海上气田台风期间遥控生产的基础保障,形成了海上气田避台风有益参考。

Yingqiong Basin is located in the west of Hainan Island and several offshore gas fields have been built in this area,which is an important energy supply base for Hainan Free Trade Port.Typhoon occurs frequently in summer in this area,and the offshore gas fields are attacked by several typhoons every year.In order to ensure the continuous normal gas supply after personnel evacuation during the typhoon period,the personnelongas fields need to do a lot of preparation work before the typhoon.Based on the practical experience of several gas fields in the region in dealing with typhoons,this paper summarizes and puts forward the rules of three preventions and four guarantees,which is the basic guarantee for remote control production in offshore gas fields during typhoons,and will be a useful reference for offshore gas fields to avoid typhoons.
