对近年来欣格瑞(山东)环境科技有限公司清洗吸附塔循环管线的实践经验进行总结。主要论述了芳烃装置吸附塔系统管线开车前化学清洗的重要性,化学清洗临时系统的划分、所采取的清洗工艺、清洗工艺的控制措施、清洗注意事项等内容。
This paper summarizes the practical experience of cleaning the circulating pipeline of adsorption tower in Scientific Green(Shandong)Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.Mainly discusses the importance of chemical cleaning before the startup of adsorption tower system pipeline in aromatics unit,the division of temporary chemical cleaning system,the cleaning process adopted,the control measures of cleaning process,and cleaning precautions.
