气田采气管线清管保障措施分析

清管技术在油气集输过程中是一种常见的清除管道内杂质和积液及腐蚀产物的方法,其能够有效地将管道内存在的所有杂质和积液等清除掉,大幅度提高管道的输送效率,同时清管作业还能够有效防护管道内壁的腐蚀。然而,清管过程中面临着各种风险,为尽量减少清管过程风险,保证采气管线在运行期间的平稳性和高效性,应做好采气管线清管保障措施。本文重点讨论了气田采气管线清管保障措施。

Pigging technology is a common method to remove impurities,liquid and corrosion products in oil and gas gathering and transportation process,It can effectively remove all impurities and liquid in the pipeline,At the same time,pigging operation can also effectively protect the corrosion of pipeline inner wall.However,there are various risks in the pigging process,In order to ensure the stability and efficiency of the gas production pipeline during operation,the pigging guarantee measures should be taken.This paper focuses on the guarantee measures for pigging of gas production pipeline in gas field.
