海上平台生活污水处理装置频发故障的原因分析及对策

Cause analysis and Countermeasures of frequent failures of domestic sewage treatment device on offshore platform

南海某海上平台在试生产期间,生活污水处理装置多次在运行期间出现柜体内大量集渣、鼓风机出口压力低和粉碎泵漏水等故障,不仅直接影响平台生活污水排放达标问题,而且给海洋环境带来了污染的隐患。针对生活污水处理装置故障原因进行了研究分析并提出了改造措施。采取沉渣排放处理、对曝气管路进行固定改造和沉渣堵塞源头管控,解决了生活污水处理装置频繁故障的问题,达到了预期的效果。

During the trial production of an offshore platform in the South China Sea,a large number of slag collection in the cabinet,low outlet pressure of the blower and leakage of the crushing pump occurred in the domestic sewage treatment unit for many times during the operation,It not only directly affects the domestic sewage discharge standard of the platform,but also brings the potential pollution to the marine environment.This paper studies and analyzes the failure causes of domestic sewage treatment device,and puts forward the improvement measures.The frequent failures of domestic sewage treatment plant were solved by sediment discharge treatment,fixed transformation of aeration pipeline and sediment blockage source control,and the expected effect was achieved.
